My Prediction Regarding New Space Telescope That Will See Back to 100 Million Years From the Big Bang
by Sea Breeze ina new space telescope launched a few days age that will supposedly be able to see to within 100 million years of the big bang.
wow... only 100 million years from the big bang.
that is pretty early given the 12 billion year age of the universe assigned by scholars who adhere to naturalism.

Waton:
"SB: yeah just thinking, we are catching the balls or photons that were thrown that long ago. "
Think about this: If light only travelled as photons (particles) then in order for our eye receptors to catch them from billions of light yeas away, we might have to jump around from say Arizona to New York just to catch a couple of them from so far away.
Think of a shotgun blast where the BBs infinitely travel in a larger and larger pattern, but the BB's (photons) are all getting father and farther away from each other making it harder and harder to catch them on our retina.
But, that is not how light works. It is far more interesting than that.
Now think of a circular pond where you chunk a pebble into the middle. The waves generated from the pebble form concentric circles which will eventually reach every point of the shore of the pond..... because it is a wave.So what light does is this: it travels as an immaterial probability information wave because it is a far more efficient vehicle. But then, upon observation of the wave, the wave collapses into particles (photons) that can be picked up by the retina of your eye. In other words, you don't have to jump around from Arizona to New York just to catch a photon or two.
The 100 year old "two slit experiment" proves all this as fact. Google it and watch some amazing videos.
Pretty cool huh?
It certainly appears that the universe was meant to be observed.
The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. - Ps. 19: 1 -

TD,
You should contact NASA right away and let them know about your theory about how Red Shift will prohibit them from observing galaxies being formed. Because this is exactly why they spent 10 billion dollars. This is what the Big Bang predicts."This means all telescopes view objects not as they are, but as they once were — in some cases millions or even billions of years ago. Because of Webb's sensitivity, it will be able to see all the way back to a time when the first galaxies were forming after the Big Bang, which took place about 13.8 billion years ago." - Article

TD,
Already preparing for another failure for the Big Bang model? Secular scientists aren't:
BTW, red-shift won't prevent the "time-machine" from functioning according to NASA."It’s a cosmic time machine, capable of seeing galaxies and stars as they were as few as 100 million years after the Big Bang, the unimaginably violent genesis of the universe."
“This telescope is so powerful that if you were a bumble bee 240,000 miles away, which is the distance between the Earth and the moon, we will be able to see you,” said John Mather, the mission’s senior project scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland."
Big Bang Model:
The secularist has limitless faith that Nothing Exploded into Everything...even though this has never been observed. Then, supposedly after billions of years gases slowly coalesced into stars and then after more deep time the galaxies slowly formed, then after more time super massive black holes emerged, etc.
Literal Creationist Model:Everything you see in the night sky was created in one literal 24 hr. earth day.
You can imagine that the evidence would be quite opposite between the two models. One model has an unguided explosion, the other purposeful creation. They couldn't be further apart.
We all know what explosions look like and for instance, what a Van Gough "Starry Night" painting looks like. Look at the evidence and make up your own mind.
The Big Bang model has many, many impossible characteristics. Here are just two:
1. Horizon Problem, the entire universe has the EXACT SAME TEMERATURE. How does an explosion achieve that?
2. The Flatness Problem,
How does an explosion achieve a flat universe?
This video explains much more.

The hoped-for “deep field” images — baby pictures of the cosmos — are expected to shed light on the formation and evolution of galaxies, the supermassive black holes at their hearts and the life cycles of stars, from birth to the supernova blasts that seed space with heavy elements." - Article
I would like to make a prediction from a Creation Model:
Instead of finding a big mess as the big bang predicts; they will find fully formed stars, spiral galaxies and black holes. I further predict that scholars adhering to the Big Bang model will use words like: surprising, amazing, uncanny, astonishing, and will admit that stars must have formed far earlier than previously thought.Of course Creationists won't be surprised at all.
It is a great time to be a Creationist! Stay tuned.

No hero, no high esteem. I don't know the man, haven't read hardly any of his material. I just recognized his name here and there over the years. I just found out this morning he was an ex elder, pioneer and Wt writing contributor & researcher. That's why I posted. It's not often (if ever) that ex-JWs attain that many degrees.
I know you historians are great researches. Your mom was. Again, if you have some evidence of fraud; I'd like to see it and check it out. If it checks out, I'll join you in your rebuke. I have no agenda. If something is true, then I'm on board. I'm really that simple.
I'm obviously against the cancel culture that we find ourselves in today. Too much like disfellowshipping. Good luck with your studies. If you find some details regarding fraud, again please share so we can check it out. -

"His case failed because the court of first instance found that he misrepresented his credentials"
He sued for discrimination and didn't win. You have not presented ANY evidence of wrongdoing whatsoever. No details.
"I said that the society he represents as prestigious does not meet that standard."
What standard are you talking about? You are not making any sense. It seems like you are saying that you don't like the Phd's in that fellowship because they fail to meet some standard that you have erected in your head. But, you won't tell us what that standard is.
Is the standard that they can't believe in God? .... And, you are just too afraid of looking like a bigot to come right out and say it? Even though you already have said as much:"Find another science based association - main stream not fringe".
Again, what constitutes the standard that you allude to by which you judge Phd scientists by?
Is this what what your argument is all about? -

Annie,
You do realize that your link was about Dr. Bergman suing Bowling Green University for discrimination because they denied him tenure because he became a Christian, right? Your link was about the University defending themself, not attacking Dr. Bergman's credentials.
There is nothing in your link but a vague undocumented reference to Dr. Bergman referring to himself as a psychologist by one of his opponents on the faculty. No documentation at all. You do realize how Christians are trashed in Universities these days right?

This researcher was fired just for studying dinosaur soft tissue:

That really doesn't fit with evolution does it? Inquisitions aren't just Catholic ya know.
You wrote :"He claims a Fellowship from the 'prestigious" American Scientific Affiliation. This is a creationist society. Find another science based association - main stream not fringe"
Ok, so you don't like people not like you. That's very intolerant don't you think? How about Isaac Newton? He was definitely a creationist. You gonna trash him too because he was a creationist? How far should we look to find a True Scotsman in your opinion?Dr. Bergman stated in his bio that I linked to that, "I had over a dozen signed affidavits from colleagues stating that the reason for my termination was, openly, my religious beliefs and conclusions. I found the exact same antagonism among my colleagues that I had found among Watchtower adherents".
How are you different than your mother's former persecutors?
By the way, could you please tell us what your mother's Phd was in as well as your Uncle? I would be very interested in knowing what their doctoral thesis was titled as well. Just curious. -

Do Jehovah's Witnesses shun non-believers and those who leave the faith?
by Vanderhoven7 ingraeme hammond writes:.
in his 2002 book that examined the behaviour and practices of jehovah’s witnesses, english sociologist andrew holden devoted an entire chapter to the trauma and friction experienced by those who choose to leave the jehovah’s witness religion.
“those who do eventually break free,” he concluded, “are seldom allowed a dignified exit.”.

JW's do not have freedom of religion.... a basic human right. There is no way to withdraw your membership and join another fellowship without losing all your family.
There are very good reasons that JW's are banned in nearly 40 countries. -

So are you Vienne's' daughter or Uncle? Just curios, because I remember when Vienne passed away.
So, do you have any documentation that Dr. Bergman is a fraud? Can you provide some sort of reference or link to evidence? He has taught biology Northwest State College in Archbold OH for over 25 years. He is a graduate of Medical College of Ohio, Wayne State University in Detroit, The University of Toledo, and Bowling Green State University.
If he is a fraud, we need to let these institutions know. Don't you agree?
